Beginning Beekeeping
This 10-hour course will familiarize participants with the craft of beekeeping and includes how to plan for, obtain, and install your bees, what equipment and tools you will need, techniques to safely perform ongoing inspections and maintenance, and how to harvest various hive products. The course aims to develop insights into a range of fascinating keystone behaviors that will enhance your beekeeping success. If you have been thinking about becoming a beekeeper, or maybe have some experience and would like to advance your skills, or you are simply interested in indulging your interests, please join us.
