Belly Dance Workshop

Have you always wanted to try belly dance without signing up for a full series? Here’s your chance! The ancient art of belly dance is a fun feminine low impact workout for the whole body. It improves posture, balance and reduces stress. In this workshop you will learn the fundamental movements of belly dance in dynamic combinations that will be put together into a short routine.
